Introduction to use steps:
01 Print
Before use: Shake the liquid resin well before use, please wear gloves to clean the resin tank and molding
platform, and keep the bottom of the resin tank transparent.
When using it:Pour 802 resin into the resin tank of the 3D printer, then import the jewelry model into the
3D printer for printing.
After use:Please use supporting tools for post-processing, including blades, diagonal pliers, tweezers,
containers, gloves, ethanol (≥95)
02 Washing
Remove the printed model from the build platform and soak in IPA (isopropyl alcohol) or 95% ethanol to
remove excess resin. Use an ultrasonic cleaner if necessary. Note, never place IPA and ethanol directly in
the tank of the ultrasonic cleaner.
03 Remove supports
Manually break off or use scissors to cut the support structure from the printed model. Using snips, cut
away as much support as possible as close to the surface of the model as possible. Be careful not to scratch
the model itself as this will cause spots which are difficult to remove during sanding.04 Post curing
For post-curing, the curing energy and curing time depend on the post-curing unit. Good surface hardness
can be obtained eg by using a UV curing oven at 36W (12W CCFL + 24W LED) 405nm or using a Formlabs
FormCure oven at 405nm for 15 minutes at 60°C.
05 Polishing
Polish the surface with polishing paper or a buffing wheel, do not use paraffin to finish after sanding.
06 Jewelry precision lost wax casting method:
1. Try to make the wall thickness of the printed model as thin as possible, not too thick.
2. It is recommended to use the three-dimensional casting gypsum powder of the American SRS/Hunter
brand.
3. The printed model must be cleaned and the model must be secondary cured. Make sure that the surface
of the model must be dry and non-sticky, and it will not stick to the inner wall of the plaster mold after it is
embedded in plaster.
4. After embedding the model with plaster, leave it for 24 hours. After the moisture in the gypsum is
completely dry and contains no moisture, calcination is started. Direct sintering of the gypsum mold that is
not dry will cause the gypsum mold to crack.
5. Heat the muffle furnace to 500-600°C, then put it into the stone high mold, heat it to 780-850°C, and
keep it for 2-4 hours (it is recommended to sinter the front of the plaster mold for 1-2 hours, and then turn
the stone mold upside down and then sinter it 1-2 hours to ensure more even and clean wax sintering)
6. After the sintering is completed, take out the plaster mold, first blow off the remaining impurities in the
cavity of the plaster mold with a high-pressure air gun; then use a vacuum cleaner to vacuum up the
remaining impurities. Finally, pour in the metal solution that needs to be cast.Package:500g/bottle, 1kg/bottle or according to customer needs.
Instructions for use:
1. Shake well before use and pour it into the resin tank;
2. This resin cannot be mixed with other resins, liquids, substances, etc., otherwise it will cause printing
failure;
3. The low temperature may affect the printing effect, and the resin can be properly preheated before use
(not exceeding 35℃);
4. During use, wear protective gloves and masks, and keep the room ventilated;
5. This product contains active chemical substances, this product should avoid contact with eyes, skin and
clothing;
6. This product is slightly irritating to eyes and skin. If you accidentally contact your eyes, please rinse with
plenty of water and seek medical attention in time;
7. After this product comes into contact with the skin, please wash it with soap and water immediately;
after it comes into contact with clothing, wash it thoroughly before wearing it;
8. Avoid contact with this product by children and pregnant women.
Storage and transportation:
1. Resin should be stored and transported in the original packaging in a sealed and dark environment,
avoiding high temperature and sunlight;
2. The recommended storage temperature is 18-35℃;
3. Do not mix and store resin remaining in the resin tank with unused resin after printing. It should be
stored in another container protected from light;
