Large build volume – 625x530x730 – that is 46 liters of build volume in a single mode

IDEX mode creates two beds – it like having too printers or double production rate:

  • Copy mode allows printing parts up to 330x530x730
  • In mirror mode bed us 325x530x730
Dual independent extruders – IDEX allows multiple modes of printing:

  • Single material single extruder
  • Two colour printing
  • Main material plus supports material dual extruder printing
  • Copy mode – two of the same parts being printed at the same time.
  • Mirror mode printing
  • Mirror and copy printing modes double printing speed
Easy to remove extruders – all it takes is to undo 2 screws and disconnect single cable

This allows easy swap bettween the spare extruders potentially having different nozzles

Easy to maintain
Quality components – we use Hiwin linear rails and four ballscrews for the motion system

All 4 Ballscrews are independent and thus llows four corner levelling

Motion X/Y: Hiwin linear rails, 10mm GT2 belts suitable up to 120C
High quality large gear extruders made by Bondtech

Ensured great extrusion properties and compatibility with soft materials as well

The hotend is capable up to 350C and can be fitted with hardened nozzles
