Shipping terms and conditions
- Australia Post is used for most of the small parcels
- Australia Post Express is used for express service if chosen
- TNT/Ego/Capital transport and other might be used for the delivery of the bulky orders that include aliuminium extrusion profiles, bulk filament orders and/or printers. The profiles are shipped by default in 1m lengths. If you would like to receive up to 3m long pieces we will contact you with updated shipping costs – it might cost a lot more than automatic estimate.
- DHL is used for international deliveries
- 3D printer parts and filament are shipped on a flat rate of $9.95
- FREE shipping applies to orders that contain filament and are over $110
- Bulk orders are calculated based on weight
Can I use my own courier?
Yes you can, but it has to be organised prior placing an order and/or booking courier pick up.
If this hasn’t been prearranged we cannot take responsibility for order being not ready for pick up.
Proof of delivery
Most of our orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Only few exceptions exist when the order might be shipped without a tracking number.
We cannot take responsibility for delivery time and safety of the package after it has been pickup from our warehouse.
If the order has been left at the premises – we cannot take responsibility for the courier actions.
Please note that standard delivery service times apply. Australia post might take 1-2 weeks and might be even longer during peak times.
We aim to ship all orders place with Australia post express delivery option same business day if the order has been placed prior to mid day. All standard orders and orders places after midday we aim to ship within 24 hours, unless the items are on a back order.
Please note that even though you have received notification that the order has been shipped in might take 12-24 hours for the tracking number to appear in the tracking search. Please be patient.
Please make sure you are buying an item that you need.
We offer returns only for the items that are in original packaging and are still unopened. We will give you store credit for the amount that you purchased less shipping costs both ways (to you and from you to us).
Returns have to be approved prior to shipping them. We will not accept any returns after 7 days from order delivery.
